Customers are advised to remove fragile, valuable, or electronic items from the cleaning area to prevent accidental damage.
All cleaning staff are trained to perform the job efficiently and will always wear a uniform.
Cleaning staff carry official company IDs for security and verification.
Customers must not request additional or off-the-record services from the staff outside the agreed service scope.
A free demo is provided upon request before starting the cleaning process to showcase service quality.

Customers are requested not to interfere with the equipment or cleaning process for safety reasons.
Customers should ensure access to the cleaning area at the scheduled time.
Water and electricity supply must be available for cleaning activities.

Payment must be made immediately after completion of the service via cash, UPI, or bank transfer.
Any additional services requested after booking confirmation may involve extra charges.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Refunds are only applicable if services are not provided due to issues from our end.
No refunds will be provided if the service is completed as per agreed terms.
While we take utmost care, we are not responsible for damages that were pre-existing or due to aging and wear & tear.
We are not liable for color fading, surface deterioration, or material shrinkage due to cleaning.
The customer agrees that no legal claims can be made against the company for cleaning-related outcomes.

Service availability is subject to staff availability, weather conditions, and government regulations.
Our team follows strict hygiene protocols and wears protective gear (gloves, masks, shoe covers, etc.) where necessary.
Customers should inform us in advance about any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions related to cleaning chemicals.
We are not responsible for health issues arising from pre-existing conditions or external environmental factors.
Customers must secure any fragile, valuable, or electronic items before the cleaning process begins.
Green Clean Squad Services will not be held responsible for accidental damage to unsecured items.
If an item is damaged due to negligence by our team, the company’s liability will be limited to the cost of the cleaning service and not the full item replacement.
Bookings are confirmed only after advance scheduling via call, WhatsApp, or email.
The team will arrive within the scheduled time slot, but minor delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time, the booking may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
Urgent service requests (same-day or emergency cleaning) are subject to staff availability and additional charges.
Priority bookings will be given to pre-scheduled customers over last-minute requests.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and feedback is welcomed after service completion.
Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours after service completion.
If a customer is dissatisfied, we may offer a re-cleaning session, but refunds are not guaranteed.
Services may be rescheduled or delayed due to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
Outdoor cleaning services may be postponed in case of rain or severe environmental conditions.
Customer details (name, address, contact information) are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties.
Photos and videos taken for before/after cleaning are used only for documentation and service improvement.
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
- The premises are deemed unsafe or hazardous.
- The customer is rude, abusive, or threatens the staff.
- The cleaning request is outside our service scope.
